Job summary

Castlery in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team and scale our APAC hiring. You will own end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines through direct sourcing and referrals, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Experience hiring across a mix of frontline, operational and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing capability, with practical experience using direct outreach, job platforms, referrals and modern recruitment tools.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers, influencing decisions and managing expectations when a search is challenging.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use recruitment metrics to understand performance and improve outcomes.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment where priorities can shift and ownership matters.

Responsibilities
