Job summary

Emerson Electric Co in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with business leaders, delivering full-cycle recruitment across Malaysia and APAC. You will build strong pipelines, apply analytics, and collaborate with hiring managers to drive recruitment excellence while strengthening employer branding.

You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, lead TA projects, and use market insights to guide strategies, ensuring alignment with Emerson's values

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in recruitment or talent sourcing, agency, RPO or in-house.
• Experience liaising with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment across Malaysia.
• Provide insights on Malaysia's talent landscape and market trends.
• Develop sourcing strategies to elevate employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical talent segments, passive and active.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting the company's values.
• Lead TA projects to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
