Emerson Electric Co in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with business leaders, delivering full-cycle recruitment across Malaysia and APAC. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, lead TA projects, and use market insights to guide strategies, ensuring alignment with Emerson's values

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in recruitment or talent sourcing, agency, RPO or in-house.
• Experience liaising with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.

Provide insights on Malaysia's talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.

Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.

Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's values and strengthens our brand.

Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.

Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.

You identify the right talent to meet the group's needs. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions

For This Role, You Will Need:

5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.

Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.

Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.

Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to APAC markets
