Job summary

Orange Business is seeking a Talent Acquisition RCC Manager to transform regional recruitment practices across Asia, the Americas, Africa and Europe. You will lead a high‑performing team and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end resourcing that aligns with business goals.

You will design innovative sourcing strategies, manage KPIs/SLAs, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English and 8+ years in talent acquisition are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition delivery, with at least 3 years in a telecom & IT services organization.
• Experience leading a TA specialists team and international sourcing across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and modern sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the regional RCC team to provide end-to-end resourcing to hiring managers.
• Be the resourcing partner for internal clients to align recruitment with business needs.
• Drive performance against KPIs/SLAs and improve time-to-hire and profile quality.
