Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a Staffing Manager to lead a team of 6–8 recruiters across APAC, including Malaysia and other regional markets. You will own regional recruiting strategy, manage performance, and partner with HR and business leaders to meet hiring goals for engineering, R&D, and manufacturing roles.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of people management in recruiting, strong English communication, and experience with iCIMS or similar ATS. Travel within APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong recruiting background with success across APAC markets.
• 3–5 years people management experience in recruiting or HR.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS and data-driven recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work across APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 recruiters across APAC countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to design region-specific recruiting strategies.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and close.
• Use ATS data to monitor pipeline, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global hiring standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to align regional practices.
