Job summary

Azelis is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive APAC recruitment across senior leadership, commercial, supply-chain, Finance and IT. You will build proactive talent pipelines, champion skills‑based hiring, and leverage Workday and AI tools to improve outcomes.

You'll coach a Sourcing Specialist, lead stakeholder partnerships in a matrix environment, and deliver data‑driven insights to inform hiring decisions while embedding DEI across the region.

Qualifications

• Competency-based interviewing aligned with Skills Frameworks; demonstrated ability to shift recruitment from agency-driven to internal sourcing.
• Strong analytical capability using recruitment metrics; stakeholder management experience in matrix environments.
• Lead, coach and develop one Sourcing Specialist; manage relationships with agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, commercial, supply-chain, Finance and IT roles across APAC.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, market mapping and targeted sourcing.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through dashboards and talent market insights.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Sourcing Specialist.
