Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Partner to lead APAC recruiting across tech, commercial, and corporate roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and help attract top AI talent in a fast-growing environment.

You will collaborate with local and regional teams, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a professional candidate experience while contributing to employer branding and data-driven hiring insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech, SaaS, AI.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn and online channels.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia talent market.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from role intake to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Track progress and report hiring data; share insights with stakeholders.
• Assist process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
