Job summary

MONIN Asia KL Sdn Bhd is seeking a Head of Supply Chain based in Rawang to lead the supply chain function, ensuring product availability and optimal local inventory levels. You will oversee forecasting, S&OP, and strategic replenishment planning, while driving new projects and improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any business field.
• APICS certification or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee customers’ requirements on time and quantity.
• Lead S&OP for the site to meet monthly forecast and stock level targets.
• Plan production by SKU and category, balancing safety stock, demand and forecast.
• Procure raw materials, packaging, co-packaged goods and POS in line with Purchasing Dept. conditions.
• Manage stocks targets, obsolescence, and QA/HSSE constraints.
