Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner to bridge Regional planning with Malaysia and Singapore, driving demand and supply visibility and optimizing inventory levels.

You will lead S&OP processes, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure alignment of service, inventory, and costs across markets. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a track record in retail supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Proven ability to lead S&OP processes and integrate financial and operational planning.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency in S&OP and ERP software, plus data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between Regional Supply and Demand Planning and Country teams on supply chain matters.
• Provide end-to-end visibility of service, inventory and costs for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Lead S&OP activities, demand reviews, supply reviews and Open-to-Buy discussions.
• Monitor replenishment and store level OSA; flag issues to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize inventory and forecast accuracy.
