Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain strategies and regional logistics, reporting to senior leadership in a dynamic matrix environment. The role emphasizes operational excellence and digital transformation across APAC operations.

The position oversees digital platforms (TMS, APS, Master Data), customs compliance, and data governance while building regional capability through leadership and mentorship of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of supply chain and logistics leadership within complex, multi-site international environments.
Proficiency with SAP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, plus strong project management execution.
Experience directing regional strategies in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end supply chain processes to optimize working capital and service levels.
Lead regional logistics procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Oversee regional customs operations, compliance, risk mitigation, and tariff classifications.
Drive data architecture and governance for master data across vendors, customers, and materials.
Develop talent and mentor cross-functional teams to raise regional operating standards.
