Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner to bridge regional supply and demand planning with Malaysia and Singapore teams. You will own end-to-end visibility of service, inventory, and costs, partnering across planning, merchandising, operations and finance.

You will drive S&OP processes, forecast accuracy, and inventory reduction strategies while coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring alignment with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in S&OP with demand forecasting, inventory management and optimization.
• Ability to lead S&OP processes and integrate financial and operational planning.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and reducing aged stock; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Bridge regional supply and demand planning with country teams for visibility across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Lead S&OP processes, drive forecast accuracy, and align supply plans with budget and launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs.
• Provide end-to-end supply chain visibility to senior management and finance.
