Job summary

Sephora Malaysia ( Beauty In Motion Sdn Bhd ) is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner to bridge Regional and Country teams on all supply chain matters in Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive S&OP, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and end-to-end visibility of service, inventory and costs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years’ experience in S&OP, demand forecasting and inventory management within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience with S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Proven ability to lead S&OP processes and balance supply and demand with financial planning.
• Experience in managing product lifecycles from launch to discontinuation and reducing aged stock.
• Strategic decision-maker with strong communication skills; proficient in ERP systems.
• Proficient in S&OP and ERP software with advanced data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Regional Supply and Demand Planning with Country teams for supply chain matters.
• Lead and coordinate S&OP processes and demand/supply reviews.
• Provide end-to-end visibility of service, inventory and costs to leadership.
• Collaborate with Regional Planning, Merchandising, Retail Operations and Finance.
• Act as gatekeeper for Singapore and Malaysia for service, cost and inventory imperatives.
• Conduct monthly supply chain reviews with Regional Supply Chain Director.
