Job summary

China Telecom (Malaysia) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support APAC Regional Account Managers in customer projects, quotations, and end-to-end process coordination, including billing matters. You will manage sales orders, liaise with the billing team, and run CRM/Salesforce operations with cross-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher in Business Administration, has at least five years of sales coordination experience in IT or telecom, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales coordinating and sales support experience in IT or Telecommunication.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/Salesforce systems.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese language.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Regional Account Managers in assigned customer projects.
• Coordinate project follow-up, quotations, end-to-end processes, and billing matters.
• Handle sales order entries and sales commission issues with the billing team.
• Maintain daily operations of sales systems (CRM/Salesforce).
• Collaborate with departments to improve Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
• Prepare monthly sales and market analysis reports.
• Perform other ad hoc sales admin duties and project activities.
