Job summary

China Mobile International Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Sales Operations professional to manage the end-to-end sales process from quotation to billing. You will support the Malaysia sales team and align with regional and headquarters teams to ensure accurate, compliant, on-time transactions.

The role requires experience in sales operations or order management, familiarity with CRM/ERP, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, finance, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or order management.
• Experience with telecommunications, ICT or cloud services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, order-management or billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate internal approvals for pricing, contracts, credit terms and commercial exceptions.
• Review orders and ensure documents are complete before submission.
• Track orders from booking to service activation and billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Service Delivery and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, contract and order records in CRM.
