Job summary

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support APAC Account Managers in customer projects, order entries, and billing matters. You will coordinate quotations, streamline processes, and work with multiple departments to improve receivables and credit control.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential. The role requires a Diploma or above in Business Administration and at least 5 years in sales coordination within IT/telecom, with strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of relevant sales coordinating and sales support experience in IT or Telecommunication industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM / Salesforce system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self-motivated, proactive, attention to details and able to work independently.
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and customers).

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Regional Account Managers in assigned customer projects, including project follow-up, quotation support, end-to-end process coordination, and billing-related matters.
• Handle sales order entries and tackle sales commission issues with the billing team.
• Handle daily internal sales system operations and maintenance (CRM / Sales force system).
• Cooperate with various departments to enhance and improve working process on Accounts Receivables and Credit Control.
• Prepare monthly sales report / market analysis report.
• Handle other ad hoc sales administration duties and customer projects & activities.
