• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; AR management or financial accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Able to liaise with bilingual Chinese and English stakeholders.
• Innovative mindset with ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for APAC regional finance-related support.
• Manage APAC accounts receivable (AR) and KPI tracking, including monthly monitoring of country-level AR performance and improving collection efficiency.
• Liaise with HQ credit control and AR/treasury teams to implement AR policies, improve collections, and drive AR reduction initiatives.
• Support country project finance activities, including financial analysis, collection follow-up, cost control, and risk management.
• Contribute to APAC management reporting and budget tracking to support performance and value analysis.
• Participate in finance digitalization and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and enable smarter finance processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
