Job summary

Abbott Diagnostics Division in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Remote Services & Support (APAC). You will provide accurate technical assistance on Abbott Diagnostics products to customers across Asia Pacific, focusing on remote troubleshooting, case management, and promoting remote-first support solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document interactions in service systems, and help improve customer experience and instrument uptime.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in clinical lab science or related field.
Experience in clinical lab, diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate technical assistance on Abbott Diagnostics products to APAC customers.
Perform remote troubleshooting and instrument monitoring via dashboard platforms.
Deliver Level I support and assist Level II as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in service systems.
Promote remote-first support solutions to improve customer experience.
