Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced regional sales and business development leader for APAC. You will craft and drive a multi-year growth strategy, align technology with regional defence needs, and brief regional commanders on EW and SIGINT topics.

Responsibilities include managing tenders, navigating procurement, and building partnerships with defence integrators to expand CRFS's APAC footprint.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in high-end technical sales or business development in APAC defence/electronic warfare sectors.
• Must hold or be eligible for National Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Strong grasp of RF principles, SIGINT, or spectrum management.
• Established regional defence/security network across APAC is preferred.
• Good level of English and regional language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for APAC region.
• Align CRFS technology with tactical needs of regional Armed Forces, focusing on border protection and C-UAS.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional leads and commanders.
• Lead responses to complex regional tenders, navigating procurement laws and offsets.
• Build partnerships with local/regional defence integrators to extend reach.
• Serve as strategic link between end-users and UK-based engineering teams.
