Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager for APAC to lead CRFS in a diverse defence market. You will identify high-value opportunities in APAC, drive growth, and align RFeye ecosystem to border protection and anti-drone operations.

You will present technical briefings to regional leads and military commanders. You will also lead tender responses, manage regional partnerships, and coordinate with UK engineering teams to tailor the product roadmap for Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in high-end technical sales or business development within Defence, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare in APAC.
• Clearance: Must hold (or be eligible for) National Security Clearance (Secret or higher). Citizenship of an APAC country preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of RF principles, SIGINT, or Spectrum Management.
• Network: Established regional defense and security contacts across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the APAC region.
• Align CRFS technology with tactical needs of regional Armed Forces, focusing on border protection and C-UAS.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional leads and commanders.
• Lead responses to complex regional tenders and manage public procurement requirements.
• Build partnerships with local and regional defense integrators and distributors.
• Bridge end-users with UK engineering teams to align product roadmaps.
