Adecco is seeking a Project Manager for the APAC RCSC initiative to drive the execution of a multi-year roadmap across 15+ affiliates. You will manage timelines, cross-stream integration, and delivery across the Kuala Lumpur hub, working within a two-tier leadership framework.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and certifications like PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Certifications: PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum preferred.
• Experience in medical diagnostics, life sciences, or customer service center setups is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities.
• Proficient in PM software and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support program leads in daily execution, ensuring streams deliver on time and within scope.
• Maintain master project plan with wave rollouts, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish cadence meetings, action tracking, status reporting, and logs across governance tiers.
