Job summary

RBC is seeking a Project Manager for the Business Transformation Group in Malaysia. You will manage delivery of initiatives within the APAC portfolio, coordinating with internal teams and guiding stakeholders through RBC’s change governance framework to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities include risk tracking, governance alignment, and ensuring effective communication across APAC locations, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project management or coordination is essential.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and elevate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and coordination of change initiatives using PM techniques.
• Provide coordination support to Director and project leads.
• Develop realistic plans and accurate estimates with stakeholders.
• Document risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with RAID logs.
• Prepare regular status updates for progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain project communications and status reports for stakeholders.
