ByteDance in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced procurement professional to drive end-to-end PR-PO processes, primarily supporting vendors in Japan and Korea. You will issue POs, track deliveries, and reconcile accounts while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a procurement-related field, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English for global stakeholders and vendors;
• Data-driven with strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement and P2P processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end PR-PO procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders and supplier follow-up;
• Support small-value procurement and conduct supplier selection and price analysis;
• Develop/maintain SOPs, provide BPO trainings, and monitor SLAs;
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policy adherence and process compliance;
• Analyze regional procurement metrics and prepare summarized reports;
• Identify and resolve day-to-day P2P issues to improve processes within scope.
