Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Procurement Operations Support Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee APAC P2P activities, ensure governance, and drive automation across regions. You will supervise a multicultural team, optimize workflows, and partner with IT and procurement functions to deliver compliant, efficient services.

The role requires 3–5 years in GBS or procurement operations, strong ERP experience (Coupa, Oracle/D365), and English plus Japanese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in GBS/Shared Services or Procurement Operations, with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on with e-Procurement and ERP systems (Coupa, Oracle/D365).
• Ability to lead multi-cultural, cross-regional teams.
• Fluent in English; Japanese language skills highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement support operations across APAC.
• Enforce governance and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage PO lifecycles, intercompany and PRs, and resolve P2P issues.
• Drive process standardization and digital tool adoption.
• Provide training and communications to stakeholders.
• Oversee training and COI communications.
