Gallagher Re is seeking a dynamic Specialist – Placement Support, Claims and Pro Rata to join the APAC Operations Team in Labuan or Kuala Lumpur. You will service accounts, analyze treaty documents, process cash calls, and support the Broking team with cover and debit notes for regional reinsurance clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Business/Finance/Insurance with at least 2 years’ experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; insurance or reinsurance experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and with business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Service accounts to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Analyze treaty documentation and ensure compliance with contractual conditions.
• Process client cash call instructions and communicate necessary information for prompt agreement.
• Assist with preparation of documents for clients and resolve queries.
• Monitor client figures in Open Twins per KPIs and contractual conditions.
• Collaborate with Broking Support Team on treaty cover notes and debit notes.
• Provide renewal information and technical advice as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, third parties and reinsurers.
• Ensure internal client and market correspondence is stored on E-filing and Open Twins.
