Chubb in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Claims Professional to manage and assess complex claims across Asia Pacific. You will verify information, determine settlements in line with policy terms, and maintain updates in our systems while liaising with customers and brokers to uphold service quality.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of claims procedures, fraud awareness, and collaboration with the CBSP team to drive efficient resolutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement appropriate claims management strategies and plans.
• Strong conversational in Tagalog speaking.
• Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify, validate and analyze claims information and documents.
• Review and assess complex claims from end to end including settlement in the system.
• Investigate and evaluate complex claims applying technical knowledge.
• Manage negotiation with claimants and brokers including settlement decisions.
• Ensure loss reserves are set and maintained with timely updates in systems.
• Prepare and send written correspondences to brokers, claimants and others.
• Attend to claims enquiries and maintain relationships with customers, brokers and providers.
• Handle inbound/outbound queries from customers/brokers.
• Apply claims policies including fraud, salvage, cost containment and complaints.
• Report fraudulent cases or privacy breaches to management.
• Participate in testing for system enhancements.
• Demonstrate claims process to new hires and visitors.
• Nominate two process improvement ideas annually for endorsement.
• Attend administrative activities and trainings.
