Zusammenfassung

BIPO is seeking a meticulous Regional Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll operations for a multinational client in the renewable energy sector. Based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid work arrangements, you will coordinate end-to-end payroll for SEA countries and support HR administration as needed.

You will work closely with the HR Manager in Singapore and regional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll inputs, while handling expat travel

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of proven experience in HR operations or payroll processing.
• Regional experience managing payroll and statutory compliance in SEA countries.
• Willingness to handle admin tasks alongside payroll duties.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred for regional communication.
• Hybrid work setup; onsite at Pavilion Damansara Heights with flexibility after ramp-up.

Aufgaben

• Regional payroll coordination for SEA headcount across Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia.
• Vendor management: collect, review and validate inputs before submission to payroll providers.
• Ensure payroll calculations, social contributions and income tax meet local regulations and company policies.
• HR administration backup: onboarding, offboarding and basic expat travel logistics.
• Coordinate expat travel arrangements and basic office administration as needed.
• Collaborate with HR Manager in Singapore and stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies.
