CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst (APAC) to support end-to-end payroll activities for the APAC region.

The role covers deductions, tax withholdings, statutory requirements, and accurate employee data management. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to process improvements while supervising payroll activities and mentoring team members within HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, or relevant field.
• Experience processing HR/payroll tasks across APAC.
• Experience with case management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft (Oracle).

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end payroll activities for the APAC region.
• Handle payroll deductions, tax withholdings, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data in payroll system.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reporting.
• Monitor payroll errors and drive process improvements.
• Lead monthly and year-end payroll processing and calendars.
• Implement quality control measures and set new process standards.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide supervision and coaching within the payroll team.
• Model CBRE values in daily work.
