Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst to lead APAC payroll operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong service levels across vendor partners. You will engage with internal stakeholders, manage escalations, and collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver compliant, efficient payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–6 years in accounting, consultancy, finance operations, taxation, process re-engineering, or related field.
• Strong work hygiene, responsiveness and critical thinking to navigate complex payroll issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for APAC countries, ensuring vendor service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide payroll support.
• Closely manage escalations as the primary point of contact for payroll issues.
• Collaborate with country, regional and global teams to develop payroll solutions.
• Work with a multi-location team, providing cross-support as needed.
• Own processes and serve as the point of contact for escalations and queries.
