Job summary

Currie & Brown Group Limited is seeking a Payroll Leader to oversee APAC payroll operations, ensuring准确 processing, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

You will manage governance, vendor relationships, and process improvements while partnering with Finance, HRIS, and external advisors to support accurate data, reporting, and automation initiatives within a complex in-house environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience across APAC.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, statutory deductions, and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, including regular, off-cycle, bonuses, and statutory payrolls.
• Review and approve outputs, reconciliations, journals, and vendor deliverables, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Own and maintain APAC payroll governance, SOPs, controls, and audit trails.
