Danaher Corporation is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support APAC payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing under regional standards.

The role reports to a Payroll Manager within the Corporate organization and may be on-site or remote, maintaining the current location. Responsibilities include data entry, timekeeping validation, and assisting payroll runs across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or minimum 3 years of related payroll experience.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience for APAC region.
• Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting.
• Good level of written and spoken English; other APAC languages a plus.
• Experience processing high-volume payroll transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires and terminations; validate timekeeping for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries; help with off-cycle payments and adjustments.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed; provide guidance on pay statements and banking setup.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure documentation for complex pay groups; support local tax and labor regulation compliance.
• Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation; participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems.
