Job summary

Vans is seeking an Order Support Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction and support our APAC brands. You will process orders, shipments, and returns accurately, serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.

You will monitor timelines, address risks, handle returns and claims, and prepare commercial and customs documentation in line with local regulations. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders, amendments, and releases in line with system and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, proactively addressing risks or opportunities and communicating with stakeholders.
• Manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations.
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to harmonization and optimization of operational processes.
