Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Global Order Management Senior/Specialist for the APAC region. You will own end-to-end order processing, handle complex orders, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely fulfilment.

In a regional O2C environment, you will support month-end activities and drive continuous improvement, SOP maintenance, and knowledge sharing across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3-8 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, O2C, or related functions.
• Experience handling end-to-end order processing in a B2B environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and urgent requests; manage complex orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Credit, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Support month-end activities and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with O2C processes, controls, and SLAs.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge-sharing across APAC.
