Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Global Supply Chain Fulfilment Specialist (APAC) to join the Supply Chain Planning & Execution function. The role focuses on allocation decisions, fulfillment execution, inventory visibility and exception management across the network.

You will collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate system records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of experience within Supply Chain Operations, Materials Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations, Production Planning.
• Experience within Manufacturing, Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial, or High-Tech environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.
• Exposure to allocation management, inventory planning, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment and allocation activities in accordance with established supply chain processes
• Support product allocation, prioritization, and fulfillment activities based on supply availability and business requirements
• Validate order confirmations and investigate allocation-related exceptions
• Maintain accurate system records and fulfillment visibility across the order portfolio
• Coordinate closely with planning, supply chain, and operational teams to resolve order-related issues
• Follow up with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure timely issue resolution
• Communicate allocation results, fulfillment status, and exception updates to relevant stakeholders
• Support root cause investigations, exception management, and corrective action activities
• Analyze fulfillment data and identify opportunities for process improvement
