Job summary

Danaher's Labor & Employee Relations Center of Excellence in APAC seeks a regional leader to design, operationalize, and deliver LER strategy across multiple countries in Asia Pacific, including Malaysia. The role partners with Legal, HR, and business leaders to enable priorities while upholding values and compliance.

Located in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur and on-site, you will lead governance, SLAs, and change initiatives, build capability, and develop high-performing APAC LER teams with focus on

Qualifications

• Experience handling APAC labor and employee relations across multiple countries.
• Leading investigations and employee separations.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and governance.
• Ability to develop scalable LER processes.
• Leadership of remote teams and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC LER governance, strategy, and operating model.
• Develop regional service delivery models with playbooks and governance.
• Drive operational excellence with SLAs, KPIs, analytics.
• Partner with LER Legal and HR leaders on complex matters.
• Drive change initiatives like restructurings while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor labor law developments and translate into policy.
• Build LER capability and foster inclusive culture.
• Develop APAC LER talent.
