Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases, with knowledge of APAC employment law.
• Proven ability to interpret legal rulings related to disciplinary actions and corrective measures.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and trusted partner in ER matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of complex Employee Relations cases in Asia Pacific, including performance management, grievances, redundancies, long-term absences, disciplinary matters, and restructures.
• Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices in alignment with regional standards.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of ER cases, including investigation summaries and supporting materials.
• Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance HR Business Partners and leaders in ER decision-making.
• Conduct independent investigations into complex HR issues, applying sound judgment to reach well-supported conclusions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership in APAC countries to promote positive employee relations.
• Partner with legal and investigations teams to assess risk and provide balanced recommendations for resolution.
• Analyze ER trends and identify root causes to drive proactive solutions and corrective actions.
