Job summary

Danaher in Malaysia seeks an APAC Labor and Employee Relations Senior Specialist to lead advisory, casework, and governance across APAC operating companies, reporting to the APAC LER Regional Leader. You will translate regional priorities into practical actions, handle investigations, support restructures, and collaborate with HR, legal, and business leaders to mitigate risk and ensure compliant outcomes.

Travel 20–30% within APAC.

Qualifications

• University degree in Employment Law, HR, or related field.
• Significant Senior Specialist LER experience with HR investigations and separations.
• Experience advising senior leaders on high-risk ER matters across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide legally informed advice on labor and employee relations with HR and leaders.
• Manage ER casework including investigations, strategy, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with LER Legal and external counsel on litigation matters.
• Support organizational change through ER governance and project work.
• Coach HR and People Leaders to strengthen LR/ER capability.
