Job summary

Finastra in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Sales Executive for APAC. You will manage assigned accounts, develop account plans to drive revenue, and work with senior leadership to expand client relationships across the region.

You will engage with customers to understand business drivers, coordinate internal resources, and maintain accurate CRM data while aiming to exceed quarterly targets. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus.
• CRM tools experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop plans to grow revenue.
• Engage proactively with customers, including on-site visits, to understand drivers and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and communicate strategic plans.
• Identify and drive opportunities within existing accounts, including service engagements, renewals and contract optimization.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver sales materials and proposals to customers.
• Maintain accurate account and forecasting data in CRM systems.
• Stay aware of industry trends, competitors, and Finastra products and services.
• Embed AI into day-to-day work to increase productivity and translate data-driven insights into better outcomes.
