Qualifications
- 3+ years in software implementation or field IT services.
- Experience installing and configuring software at customer sites.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Travel to APAC customer sites for installation and support.
- Install, configure and deploy software in customer IT environments.
- Support system integration with hardware devices and sensors.
- Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and performance onsite and remotely.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and reports.
- Assist with software upgrades and testing.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to resolve issues.
- Provide technical training to customers.
- Coordinate with APAC, Europe and US teams.
- Develop technical documentation and installation guides.
