Job summary

ABB invites a seasoned sales leader to drive Energy Industries division growth in Asia. You will develop and execute sales strategies for LNG, petrochemical, refineries, hydrogen facilities and power plants, while coaching the sales team to reach ambitious order targets.

The role emphasizes strategic opportunity management, tendering, and high-level negotiations, with a focus on ICSS, PMS, SCADA and digital solutions to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Energy Industries with front-end sales for automation/control solutions
• Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of ICSS, PMS, SCADA, Telecommunications and Digital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, lead and execute sales strategy to meet targets for products, systems and services
• Oversee, develop and coach the Sales organization to achieve targets
• Manage tendering, costing and commercial negotiations for large-scale bids
• Utilize Salesforce and account planning within governance protocols
• Drive automation order bookings through strategic opportunity management
