Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior leader to direct technical sales, bid management, and proposal processes within the Grid Technologies Service business unit in the Asia Pacific region. You will guide cross-functional teams in pricing, risk assessment, and contract negotiations to drive profitable growth.

The role requires 10+ years in technical sales or related fields, with 5+ years managing multi-country teams in APAC, plus strategic planning and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales, bid management, or application engineering in energy sector.
• 5+ years of leadership across multiple Asia Pacific countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA advantageous.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and senior-level negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end offer management process from inquiry to contract negotiation.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year sales strategy for APAC region.
• Lead and develop a sales, application, and proposal team across multiple countries.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance, reporting to senior leadership.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
