Job summary

DNV is seeking a Sales Manager for Plant software in the APAC region. You will own the full sales cycle, build long-term client relationships, and drive growth across the Plant product portfolio. The role requires hunting for new logos, navigating diverse markets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will represent DNV’s digital solutions for energy and process plants, travel as needed, and work within a dynamic, growth-oriented team. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry sales experience with a demonstrable track record in securing new clients.
• Tenacious hunter with ability to present to small groups and large audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Experience in multi-cultural commercial environments and ability to travel.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process and achieve sales targets.
• Lead customer-facing activities within territory and hunt for new logos.
• Develop sales plans to reach targets and expand product market penetration.
• Attend client meetings and conferences, engage stakeholders to win business.
• Increase exposure of DNV Digital Solutions within Plant portfolio and apply cross-BA sales strategies.
