Informa TechTarget is seeking an APAC Fulfillment Associate to support Demand Generation campaigns. You will manage behind-the-scenes campaign activities, ensure quality deliverables, and coordinate weekly data deliveries to clients and portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in marketing/management/business preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage behind-the-scenes aspects of demand generation and lead gen campaigns, meeting deadlines daily/weekly
• Collect, assess, and communicate campaign requirements while monitoring progress and forecasts
• Provide QA on all client deliverables for accuracy and formatting
• Distribute deliveries weekly and upload data to portals and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and escalate as needed
• Respond to Customer Management inquiries within 24 hours
• Maintain backend system data to meet corporate standards
• Provide status updates and performance reports to Sales and Leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
• Monitor forecasted revenue while learning core product offerings and email tactics
• Support day-to-day tasks and take on projects as needed
