Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Field Marketer to drive pipeline growth across Southeast Asia. You will own end-to-end demand-gen programs, collaborating with Sales, BDRs, and central marketing to convert briefs into measurable campaigns.

The role emphasizes execution, analytics, and stakeholder management, with hybrid work in the APAC region. You will work within a dynamic APAC Demand Gen team to optimise campaigns and deliver regional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience in enterprise software/SaaS or complex B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Good understanding of the B2B buying journey, lead generation, funnel progression and pipeline development.
• Strong analytical skills; able to use campaign data to make recommendations.
• Experience working with Sales/Business Development and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, email, webinars, events, content, social, partner and third-party channels.
• Translate business priorities into clear execution plans with objectives, audiences, messaging, timelines and budgets.
• Own assigned programs from planning through execution, measurement and optimisation across campaigns and markets.
• Identify risks and blockers; resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Partner with Sales/BD to understand pipeline priorities and market opportunities.
• Provide regular visibility to stakeholders on progress, risks and next steps.
• Measure campaign effectiveness; use insights to improve future activity and investment.
• Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate agencies, media partners, vendors and internal teams for high-quality delivery.
• Support targeted and Account-Based Marketing initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with APAC Demand Gen team to align plans and share best practices.
• Maintain execution discipline within Epicor brand, budget and processes.
