Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking an APAC Fulfillment Associate to join the Client Delivery team in Penang, supporting Demand Generation campaigns from start to finish. You’ll be meticulous, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced marketing environment.

You will manage behind-the-scenes campaign tasks, collaborate with multiple internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and reporting. Strong data skills, effective communication, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or business preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations role is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of demand generation and lead gen campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collect, assess, and communicate complex campaign requirements while monitoring progress and forecasts.
• Perform quality assurance on outgoing client deliverables to ensure accuracy and formatting.
• Distribute deliveries to customers weekly and upload data to portals and third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot delivery and customer-facing issues; escalate as needed.
• Respond to customer management inquiries within 24 hours.
