Job summary

Monks is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager APAC in Kuala Lumpur to drive outbound marketing, demand generation and SQL conversion across APAC markets. You will collaborate with the APAC MD and global teams to optimize campaigns, events, content, and partnerships.

You will develop measurement frameworks to prove impact, manage senior stakeholders, and help scale growth across data, media, technology, and creative services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in professional services, ad-tech or mar-tech, shaping marketing strategy.
• Experience managing events and generating leads from events is highly valued.
• Proficient with outbound marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs.
• Lead events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on marketing investment and strategy.
