Informa TechTarget in Penang is seeking an APAC Fulfillment Associate to join the Client Delivery team, supporting Demand Generation campaigns. The role requires thorough, highly organized work with strong problem‑solving skills and data aptitude.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure campaign success in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience; proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or business is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience; Operations role is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of demand generation and lead generation campaigns with deadlines.
• Collect and communicate complex campaign requirements while monitoring progress and health of campaigns.
• Provide quality assurance on outgoing deliverables and ensure formatting aligns with client needs.
• Distribute deliveries weekly and upload data to web portals and third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours; manage internal ticketing queue.
• Maintain backend data and track delivery totals to corporate standards.
• Provide reporting and status updates to Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and deals.
