Job summary

Cloud Destinations Infotech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Malaysia and selected APAC markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to contract award.

The role requires a proactive, independent individual collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Regular travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience with engineering, construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or data centre sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within data centre, engineering, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Grow existing accounts and establish long-term partnerships.
• Track market developments, upcoming projects, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
• Participate in industry events and networking to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support market expansion initiatives across Malaysia and APAC.
