The Human Capital is partnering with our client to fill a Senior HR Executive – APAC Compensation & Benefits (Strategy & Analytics) role in Malaysia. This strategic position focuses on building advanced C&B analytics, salary benchmarking, and cost modelling across the APAC region, reporting to regional leadership and engaging with C-level stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive data-driven compensation strategies, navigate regional market trends, and ensure governance across C&B

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience with a strong C&B focus, not payroll-only.
• Manufacturing industry knowledge is preferred to understand shift allowances and labor markets.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills are essential; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC compensation & benefits analytics and model development.
• Benchmark salary data, internal equity, and compensation costings across APAC.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and benefits administration; present insights to executives.
