Appnovation seeks an experienced APAC HR Business Partner to shape people strategy across the region. You will partner with the APAC leadership, lead workforce planning, and drive regional recruitment while managing local employment policies in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

You will align with global HR goals and influence executives. In this role you’ll use data to spot risks, champion culture, and guide managers through performance and development cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' HR experience with multi-country APAC coverage.
• Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience with senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in Hong Kong and Malaysia; Singapore exposure.
• Hands-on recruitment experience for technical/consulting roles.
• Fluent business English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with HRIS tools BambooHR and Greenhouse.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership on organisation design, workforce planning and change.
• Translate global people strategy into APAC plans to retain talent.
• Lead regional performance and talent reviews with coaching for managers.
• Use attrition, engagement and cost data to advise leaders with practical steps.
• Champion culture and engagement, connecting with employees across the region.
• Oversee APAC recruitment and align with Regional Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Maintain accurate HR data in BambooHR and report to regional/global leaders.
• Advise on visas, mobility and regional expansion with policies and terms.
• Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a quality experience.
• Manage contractor workforce and ensure compliance and classification.
