WeNetwork is seeking an analytically strong Compensation & Benefits professional to shape how talent is rewarded across Asia. This strategic, analytics-focused role focuses on grading, pay structures, and incentive design rather than payroll operations.

Open to Manager or Analyst level, the role involves leading regional benchmarking, building reward frameworks, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership in a fast-moving tech environment across APAC/EMEA, including India exposure.

Qualifications

• Specialist in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in the technology sector.
• Regional C&B experience across APAC or EMEA; India exposure a plus.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with market survey data.
• Experience designing grading frameworks, increment models, or bonus and commission plans.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Manager level: proven end-to-end C&B project leadership.
• Analyst level: strong analytical capability; leadership not required.

Responsibilities

• Design grading structures and salary bands across the region.
• Analyse regional increments and merit approaches.
• Design performance tracking frameworks tied to rewards.
• Build commission and bonus structures.
• Develop compensation proposals for senior management.
• Lead market benchmarking and survey analysis.
• Support HRMS implementation with C&B input.
• Review payroll outputs with payroll team.
